DESIGN
Our design services, supported by state-of-the-art 3D CAD and prototyping tools, cover both the mechanical and electromechanical disciplines.

We work with entrepreneurs and inventors who need a partner to develop their product and manufacture it cost-effectively, realising their vision.
We also work with a wide range of OEMs, collaborating with their development teams, and adding significant value to the relationship.

PROTOTYPING
Before taking a product into production we always urge consideration of developing an appropriate number of prototypes to confirm, product concept, its form, dimensions, aesthetics, etc. A prototype can also be a valuable tool in discussions with your potential customers.
Our range of internal facilities allows us to create prototypes quickly, where necessary drawing on our highly respected network of partners who provide specialist prototyping techniques such as Stereo Lithography, CNC machining and 3D printing.
Once a prototype has been approved, we progress to develop the drawings for the final product and required tools.
TOOLING
Developing production tools is a crucial part of the manufacturing process; it’s a service in which we have more than 40 years experience!
Our team develop the required drawings and specifications and will liaise with the appropriate partner in our international network of tool-makers to have them made. This not only ensures that the tools fit our production facilities but also that the most cost-effective route is chosen.
As soon as the tools have been developed and delivered, we will trial them extensively and promptly, making any modifications necessary to ensure they exactly meet the agreed specifications.
